* 14 pounds, 14 ounces.
* Clothes- some 3-6 months, but mostly 6 months.
* Just started wearing size 3 diapers. I can still use the rest of some size 2's I have left, but they're starting to look like bikini bottoms!
* Sleeping mostly 10-11 hours at night now!!!
* She pays attention to what's on TV.
* Brooklyn can now roll to one side.
* She loves toys and is starting to figure out how to reach out to them, grab them, and follow when you move them in front of her.
* We get LOTS of smiles now... and occasionally a really good belly laugh (which is the cutest sound ever!)
* She's starting to get clingy to her Mommy and Daddy if she's around people she doesn't know. I didn't expect this to happen so early. I definitely want her to know us and favor us, but I also want her to be comfortable when other people hold her.
* She can now sit up in her baby chair.
Kristen, Mom, and Nana all help watch her on days when Jason and I are both at work. I am SO THANKFUL for them! It puts my heart at ease knowing she's in such good hands and with people who love her so much. And they're so sweet... they send me several texts and picture updates throughout the day :) And Luke and Brooklyn are sweet buddies... he lights up when he sees her and she tolerates anything Luke does around her. He's great entertainment for her!
When I work a weekend day, Jason keeps Brooklyn. The first day he had her all day I went on and on telling him how great he was with her. I was THRILLED... he was AMAZING with her... he always is. However, Jason took my compliments and praise as more of an insult. His response- "well what did you expect?" :) What I meant was that I had no doubt that he would be great with her all day, but to see just how much he enjoys his time with her and how much she loves when her daddy is with her is the sweetest thing!
