Check out these growing girls!
There's no "newborn" left... they're quickly developing little personalities, learning new skills, and becoming more active, alert, and aware all the time.
They are sleeping through the night now!
They usually go down between 8:30-9:00. Sophie gets up around 5am,
but Emma will sleep until 7:30am!
I can not for the life of me figure out how to make them nap at the same time. In fact, they're almost completely opposite! I try all of the "by the book" stuff, but I'm sure that it's because I'm constantly changing our daily routine trying to figure out how to get myself on a schedule that juggles three little ones the best way :)

~~SOPHIE~~
- 13 pounds, 13 ounces
- Such a little stinker! See that smile??? ... it'll melt your heart, huh? Well, this girl can switch between that gorgeous smile and a pitiful, puckered frown, and then an all-out screaming fit in a split second (and then back to smiles again). She is funny... she's definitely our more dramatic baby :)
- She gets overwhelmed in crowds and when she's around people she isn't familiar with. She's a home-body already... she likes to be home and cuddled up with Mommy or Daddy.
- She doesn't take bottles well at all, has even refused to eat if she's not nursed.
- She has rolled from her belly to her back once.
- She busts out laughing for no reason at all sometimes... it's hilarious and adorable!
~~ EMMA~~
- 15 pounds, 2 ounces
- We just adore her laid-back, easy-going personality. (And we're extremely grateful for it when her sisters are being quite the opposite!) There are times that Jason and I feel so bad because Emma gets less attention when the other two are much more needy... she'll just quietly sit in her swing and watch... she's just about as easy as a baby can get :)
- I think she's already teething. She's got all the tale-tale signs... drooling like crazy, eating her fists... so since she's so calm most of the time, you can really tell when she isn't feeling well.
- She's got the best giggles.
- Strong legs... kicks, kicks, kicks. Loves to play with her feet. Can roll to her side, but hasn't gotten any further. Loves to reach for toys when she's laying on her playmat.
- Sucks her left thumb pretty frequently. I think it's the cutest thing.

Watching the babies pay attention to Brooklyn and Brooklyn so dearly love on them is the sweetest thing. She'll ask them to lay down with her, watch Mickey Mouse with her, and play with her. She hugs and kisses them all day. She's very protective over them... when people walk up to see the babies, she'll throw her hands in front of them and yell "NO! My baby!!". (We're working on that :) )
