We were long-overdue for a TN trip! We never get to go during baseball season unless it's over spring break, and this year it just didn't work out for us to do that. So we were all looking forward to this weekend. And, as usual, we enjoyed every minute.
On Saturday, Jason, Brooklyn, and I were able to watch Jessie and Madalyn play at the same park, on the same day (which hardly ever happens). B thought she was big stuff hanging out with these cuties and their friends!
Meanwhile, Sophie and Emma spent the night and most of Saturday with Pa Jerry and Nana Char. The fact that Pa Jerry has built a humongous play house (with a slide and a front porch swing!) was just icing on the cake for how happy they were to be there.

And we finished up the weekend with a day of swimming and grilling at Nana Portia and Pa Mike's house. Brooklyn actually got out of the pool and asked to lay down for a nap. That's a first, for sure. But as soon as her eyes popped open, she was asking for her swimsuit and ready to go again!
